Online orders Only

The delivery date noted on your order confirmation receipt may not accurately reflect the actual arrival date of your order.  Bug Order ships only on Tuesdays to avoid delays due to the weekend.  If your order was placed before Monday at 5:00 PM it will be sent off that week.  However if it was placed afterwards it will be shipped the following week. Thank-you.

Bugorder.com shipping Information

  • All live insects are shipped on Tuesday.
  • Order cut off is Monday 5:00 PM.
  • All prices are plus freight and a $2.50 dollar handling fee ($4.00 in Winter).
  • If frozen, please warm slowly before reporting D.O.A
  • All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping methods offered by Bugorder.com:

  • Xpresspost and Priority Courier with Canada Post
  • Pick up - Greyhound Westend Edmonton(10740 180 ST), and Morinville Shell
  • Westjet (Canjet) Order must be called in or emailed
Note: $2.50 handling fee will apply to every order. This fee increases to $4.00 in the winter. 

Out of Province
We reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain days and methods.

Extreme Weather
Bugorder.com will use all necessary means to insure that your shipment arrives in good condition. In the event of a large quantity loss Bugorder.com will reship your order free of product charge. You will be required to pay for the shipping cost. Please call 1-866-530-7867 for alternative methods of shipping if you live in extreme weather areas. Extreme weather areas are defined as above 32 degrees Celsius and below -18 degrees Celsius. Bugorder.com may upgrade your shipping to insure product arrives safely.

Large Volume Orders
Bugorder.com offers Airport to Airport shipping for our large volume vendors. Contact us to set up an account with special pricing.

Overage
Each order contains approximately 5% more then stated amounts to cover possible D.O.A

Returns and DOA
All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Only D.O.A's more then 7 percent of the total count will be considered for credit
